A photo of the original Fountain by Marcel Duchamp. It is the only picture of the fountain and was the basis for later replicas. The photo was made by Alfred Stieglitz in his art gallery, where the fountain was displayed after it was rejected for the 1917 exhibition from the Society of Independent Artists.
